Report on Sustainable Futures Examining investment and technological innovation for a low-carbon economy by the Industry and Parliament Trust presents different case studies from consumer behaviour to the production and supply of energy, as well as research and development within the sector. In the course of the six months experts identified four themes that they thought were of particular interest. These were consumer attitudes, innovation in the development of the electricity grid, a global perspective on supply and partnerships for research and development. The themes form the four short chapters of this report.
