This month we've welcomed our brand new Executive Master in Energy Management (EMEM) participants here in London. This year's class of 14 come from nine different countries, providing an ideal melting pot for cultural exchange and a broadening of each participant's perspective on this constantly changing industry.
During this first module, we were delighted to welcome a guest speaker on campus: Stephen Edwards, Head of Business Development, Commercial, Planning & Technical Excellence at Nexen Petroleum UK Ltd. Mr. Stephens' lecture was titled 'The Future of a Mature Basin - the UK Continental Shelf', a fascinating subject for anyone with an interest in the ever-changing face of the energy industry.
