Students from the MSc in Energy Management programme at ESCP Business School will join key energy industry figures, international media, alumni and School faculty on a two-week European road trip to support the acceleration of electric-vehicle adoption and a transition to a sustainable, low-carbon future.
A fleet of electric vehicles will transport hundreds of participants across 6,500kms using the latest clean technologies- without compromising on comfort or performance.
The ESCP Europe Electric Vehicle Road Trip (EVRT) runs from 25th April to 10th May, 2017. It is collaboration between the School and Global EVRT, an organisation and movement founded by one of the School’s alumni, Ben Pullen. The first European road trip took place in 2016, visiting four ESCP Europe campuses and seven countries. This year, the tour will visit five of the School’s six European campuses (London, Berlin, Madrid, Turin and Paris) on its way through 10 European countries and 12 major European cities. Participants will also take part in a series of high-level green mobility conferences and roundtable discussions on the future of electric vehicle technology, infrastructure and adoption, combined with plans to visit Tesla’s factory in Tilburg, Rimac factory in Zagreb, and BMW’s design and innovation centre in Berlin.
