Starting from that point, the task of the Risk Management team is to provide clear and relevant information about risk exposure of the company to all stakeholders, to promote risk awareness within the organisation and, considering the risk appetite of the organisation, to propose appropriate actions to mitigate risks and to seize opportunities.

Objectives

The objective of this course is to provide participants with a state of the art practical and theoretical approach to risk management, enabling them to eventually take part in the design and implementation of the risk management plan within their organisation.

Up-to-date and relevant issues relating to the various topic covered will be brought up for discussion with a limited number of highly motivated participants (10 maximum) to favour interactivity and learning based on experience. The course leader guarantees that selected speakers can provide the necessary expertise and will focus on the most pertinent cases.
