Continuing its 'Re-Thinking Europe' series of events, ESCP Europe's London Campus was delighted to host distinguished litigator and parliamentarian Lord David Gold, in discussion with London Campus Dean and Brexit commentator Professor Simon Mercado.
In an interview with Lord Gold, Professor Mercado opened up the history of the Brexit story and invited Lord Gold to share his thoughts on the Brexit process and its possible outcomes. The interview was followed by an open Q&A session with audience members.

2018: The Year of the Bull or the Bear for the Oil & Gas Markets?
The ESCP Energy Society in collaboration with Smart Global, the Energy Management Centre (EMC) and ESCP hosted two roundtable discussions on "2018: The year of the Bull or the Bear for the oil & gas markets?" held in tandem with the ESCP Energy Trading Challenge 2018.
The event took place on 22 and 23 February at ESCP's London Campus, the discussions will bring together world-class academics, top industry experts, and young talent from across the globe.
ESCP was proud to host the 35th International Conference of the French Finance Association at its Paris Campus. The conference was jointly organised by ESCP and the Laboratory of Excellence for Financial Regulation (LabEx-ReFi), a research centre dedicated to the evaluation of regulation policies, created as an initiative of CNAM, ENA, University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, CNRS and ESCP.
Interested scholars and practitioners were welcome to submit papers in all areas of finance and to participate in the discussion of the latest theoretical and empirical research. Authors of accepted papers were expected to act as chair and/or discussant of a paper in their field.

The roundtable took place on 28 November 2017 at the ESCP London Campus, this event brought together Government representatives, international organisations, financial institutions, energy corporations and top energy experts to discuss the current challenges and opportunities of the Energy industry in this region.
On 27th October 2017, we opened the doors of ESCP's London campus to anyone wanting to know more about the School and the programmes it provides.
This afternoon to evening event combined presentations, workshops and panel discussions, all designed to give an idea of what happens at ESCP, The World's First Business School (est. 1819). We provided delicious food and drinks to attendees, offering attendees the chance to chat informally to staff, professors and students at the School and ask any questions they might have.

The yearly event was a perfect opportunity for you to make personal contact with company representatives and get expert advice on finding your ideal career. In addition to the exhibition, we also hosted a range of events on the day, including seminars, a presentation on the School (for corporate guests), and a small seminar for selected students, followed by a networking reception in the evening.

On 22nd June 2016, we organised an information session at the ESCP Paris Campus (Room 5217) to anyone wanting to know more about our postgraduate Master in Agribusiness Management (MAM), MSc in Energy Management (MEM) or the Executive Master in Energy Management (EMEM).
This free event gave attendees the opportunity to learn about the MAM, MEM and EMEM, discover which is right for them, and be guided through the admission process. There was an open Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
Energy Session on "Bi-regional Energy collaboration: Challenges and Opportunities", coordinated by Prof. Dr Kostas Andriosopoulos.
The Conference was organised by Centre d’Etudes et de Recherche Amérique Latine Europe (CERALE), in collaboration with the Energy Management Centre (EMC) at ESCP Business School. The event took place on 30th - 31st May, 2016 in Paris.
The meeting aimed to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas and to present new research results on the theory and modern practice of modeling, risk management, asset pricing and energy management, with a focus on energy modeling and regulation. The event brought together government representatives, international organisations, financial institutions, energy corporations, law firms and top energy experts to discuss the current challenges and opportunities of the Energy industry in Latin America and Europe.

Invited Talk on "The Southern Gas Corridor: Current Perceptions and Future Prospects"

In physical terms, the construction of the Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) is proceeding rapidly.
But there may well be a mismatch between current perceptions of what the SGC will achieve and its actual development over the next ten years or so.
Current perceptions are centred on the supply of Azerbaijani gas for first stage delivery of 6 bcm/y to Turkey and 10 bcm/y to Europe and also as the key component in second stage delivery of similar volumes to the EU and Turkey.

Dr Sola opened the event with a welcome speech.

The students who join our Master in Energy Management (MEM) programme are committed, focused and incredibly smart.
Driven by these character traits, MEM students formed the ESCP Europe Energy Society to further enhance their time at the School.
On 21st March 2015, they were hitting the road in a Nissan LEAF electric car for the first stage of their multicampus tour. The plan was to drive to all five ESCP Europe campuses (Paris, London, Berlin, Madrid and Torino) in a vehicle powered by renewable energy, combining networking and a forward-thinking attitude with the international spirit of ESCP Europe.
This inaugural stage did not only provide first-hand experience with electric vehicles (such as charging e-cars and appropriate route planning), but was also great opportunity to network with Alumni.

We were delighted to announce the talk organised by the newly formed ESCP Energy Society. Guest speaker Sam Gill shared key insights on Environmental Tracking in investment decisions and presented ET Index.
The presentation took place on 2nd March, 2015 at ESCP's London Campus, 5:00 pm in room G74.
ESCP Business School in collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce hosted an exclusive evening reception at its campus in London. Attendees had the opportunity to learn more about the School and the programmes it provides, many of which offer participants the opportunity to study at its campus in Torino.
The evening was the ideal occasion to meet up with the ESCP Community and be in touch with its wide business network.
The newly formed ESCP Energy Society organised a site visit to Sizewell B Nuclear Power Station on 15th January, 2015.
Participants were welcomed by a senior representative who led a presentation titled 'Energy Industry Issues Nowadays and its Consequences for a Power Plant". Attendees were also given key insights into the latest advances of the Sizewell B Power Plant including its implementation, and on water pressurised reactor technology.

Prime Minister of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Antonis Samaras, was the keynote speaker at the Closing Conference Dinner, while the Deputy Minister of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, Mr. Makis Papageorgiou, gave the Opening Speech.
